Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, and your existing trips and documents stay accessible. After the paid period ends, premium actions like creating new trips, uploading documents and receiving reminders pause until you resubscribe.
What's included in the Companion plan?
Companion is the self-serve subscription. It unlocks exact task timings and multiple active checklists, and includes a complimentary 30 minute consultation. A Gantt chart view and secure document storage are coming soon.
What's included in the Navigator plan?
Navigator covers one trip with a human touch: everything in Companion for that trip, plus we prepare and file your import and export applications, review your documents and remind you before each deadline.
What's included in the Concierge plan?
Concierge is the fully managed, end-to-end service. We coordinate the whole journey: vet visits and appointments, permits and paperwork, transport, grooming and arrival. Pick the services you need and we send one quote.
Which plan is right for me?
